Purchasing your first home is one of the biggest transactions you will ever make, you will need excellent representation to protect your best interest.  Buying your first home involves several steps which I will guide you and explain each in detail so you are aware of the whole the process.  Knowledge is power and will allow you to make good, informed decisions. 

The 1st step is getting you pre-approved for a certain amount and work out a budget you are comfortable with.  Picking the right mortgage is essential and I will discuss with you the different types that may suit your needs. With this budget range we can preview homes on the MLS (multiple listing service) making our time efficient.  This will save us a lot of time since we can do a lot research in the office before heading out.  By the time we get in the car to view homes, we will be armed with all the right info on each home helping you make decisions when we actually view it. 

When we get an offer accepted the real work starts.  My responsibility as your agent is to make sure to follow all the timelines set forth in the contract to again protect you.  Working with an experience and knowledgeable agent is the key to have a smooth, worry free transaction.
